Even if he didn't answer in 1 minute I still honestly don't remember, my only save chasing Quinn I pretty much skipped everyone else, well except some of the other various DIK side choices, sorry mate.

Having played her route over 25 times, I'd say not taking the restaurant offer is the only other scene that blocks scenes with Quinn. Everything else is as you said

She has additional lines of dialogues with the MC if he wins her challenge in episode 9. Having previously date Sage or Bella before season 3 has no consequence.

On top of what the others said, you need DIK affinity and the Episode 4 lewd if you want to help her in Episode 6, plus not dating Maya like you said. Basically just be a DIK and don't date the public CHICK girls and you'll be fine for the entire game.

Let's play with the idea that the MC has an unknown older sibling, who could that be? I doubt DPC would make it someone you can date, so who could it be? A possibility, and worst-case scenario, would be Tybalt.

To be clear, I'm saying that I would personally find it funny, like a bizarro version of rejecting Sage until Episode 7. I don't think there's any actual extra dialogue or anything if you are on Quinn's "path" but didn't win the Cumpetition.
