That doesn't shed anymore light on what you need to do. As far as I can tell, all you need to do is go to the livingroom in the morning, just like I have told you from the beginning.

Like I said post your save if you want me to have look and see if I can figure what might have gone wrong.
i have the same hint, find julia in the living room in the morning but it never happened, she never showed herself in the living room, then i completed the anne's barn mq and after that julie started to show up in the morning, but not in the living room, in the kitchen, trying to cook some eggs.
i have this hint like forever. the kind of hint of something that will trigger after you completed 3/4 of the story...

edit : it triggers after the scene in anna's bedroom in the evening where she's scolded by her old husband, and the scene where ellie decide to move to milfcreek.
you find julie in the living room in the morning.
after that the hint change.

This doesn't happen until you dropped the male escort flyer in Dorothy's mailbox. If you did search you'd have answered that question.

i know it is supposed to trigger after the barn dude... i figured it out then edited my post with specific event facts and not some vague stuff that happens long before.

Is there no way to get the picnic scene if you reject George's demand? I rejected it because I didn't want to pimp a girl to him if I had known it would lock out content I might have accepted?...

it used to be possible, but I think that got patched out about 5 or 6 updates ago. BTW if you never made the deal then you are also missing out on a "watch TV with Anne" scene
For what it's worth I don't think you HAVE to give him Bella... have you never heard of a broken promise? Reneging on a deal?

I have but I never accepted the deal and I have no way of knowing if a broken promise is even possible. I can't know for sure because a game is a series of arbitrary design decisions, it's not real life.

Based on what I've seen so far I doubt you'll be "forced" to share Bella (or any other girl), and frankly even if the Dev does implement an Netorare route where Gramps fucks Bella there is nothing stopping you from reloading back to where it branches.

Regardless of your choices I'd strongly recommend saving at branch points regardless (there are lots of save slots, so no reason not to use them), there is already a "bugged" path where submitting to Vanessa during her date at the motel blocks certain content. and there are several points where certain scenes stop being repeatable so having archived saves is handy if you want to revisit any of them.
