I like your thinking. I'm not convinced on relationships, but I think the groundwork is there for possible threesomes in some of these combinations. In particular, all of the Sage ones, and if she can be "corrupted" enough, Jill/Josy and Jill/Bella. As perhaps the one most directly into girls, Maya has the weakest link to all the others for anything to happen, other than perhaps with Sage.

As much as I might have hopes and dreams, I agree that this is most likely the case, if it happens at all. If nothing else, involving the other main girls can cause issues as there are so many choices you will have made in the past, including potentially dumping them for Sage in Ep8. I know DPC doesn't shy away from bringing in new branches left, right, and centre, but it's another complication waiting to look out of place.
Sage's teased threesomes will likely involve HOTs not named "Maya" or "Josy" - but hopes and dreams will forever remain!
